- Do you get sore knees while coming down a hiking trail? If so, this hiking workout is for you. We'll focus on the muscles needed to protect your knee to reduce pain so you can hike longer and feel better in the process!
Often times the knee will tell us there's a problem, but usually it isn't the knees fault. The muscles in the lower and upper leg and hip are usually the culprits, which we address in this workout.
This is a follow-along workout, so you can do it with me or learn the moves and do it on your own!
